Beautiful Weather in January

I have enjoyed the wonderful temps the past few days. 70 degrees in January in lovely South Carolina. It was wonderful to get out and yardwork this time of year. I was tempted to put shorts on. Great walks on a nice sunny day made me realize that I'm glad I don't live in the snowy north.

Who is responsible for the plumbing bill?

One of our tenants called about the plumbing problem. We have plumbing company went out. Here is what they found. They found heavy greese stuck in the pipe. It was so thick that they had to use the high power jet to clean it.

This is a single family home. The tenant who lives there for almost a year claimed that the greese must be from the former tenant. She tried to say she was not the cause of the problem.

If you are the homeowner, will you pay for the bill or the tenant should pay for the bill?
